Same Here. I have tried every option mentioned and still have problems. Outlook 2016 running as Office 365 subscription in Windows 10

Tried all above and still doesn't download pictures.
- Same here. All options set as described but pictures are not automatically downloaded - for NO sender, even though I have added dozens if not hundreds as 'safe senders'.
